TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Teravolt.ca. By using this website or booking any electrical services through Teravolt Electric, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Teravolt provides licensed electrical services for residential and commercial properties in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All work is performed in compliance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and relevant industry standards.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.
All prices are subject to applicable HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
Final costs may vary if project scope changes; any adjustments will be discussed and approved in writing prior to additional work.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
We strive to arrive on time; if delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cash, or credit card. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
We offer a 1-year warranty on labour and standard manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment, unless stated otherwise.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unrelated third-party work.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Teravolt is fully insured and licensed (ECRA/ESA #7018608).
We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing electrical issues, hidden hazards, or client-supplied equipment failures.

All content on Teravolt.ca is for informational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
Any links to third-party sites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected via our contact forms or service bookings is used only for communication and scheduling purposes.
