Here’s how it works:
Refer a friend, family member, neighbour, or colleague to Teravolt Electric
They will receive a $25 credit to use toward their first service
Once they book and complete their first service, you will also earn a $25 credit to use toward your next service as a thank you for spreading the word!
Send your referral the link to complete a Service Request Form 🔗. Under the “How did you hear about us?” section, they must select “Referral / Word of Mouth” and enter your full name on the “Who Referred You?” line.
If booking via phone, your referral must mention your full name and we will make a note on both of your accounts. It’s that easy!

To redeem a credit from submitting a “Customer Feedback Survey”, you must provide the reference code that was provided at the end of the survey.
Credits earned through the “Refer & Earn” program are applied to your account after your referral’s first service is completed and paid in full.
